ABOUT ME
Chelsea Hoover, MS, RD, LDN
As a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, I received my Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University. With an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, I combine my knowledge and passion for health and wellness to help promote proper nutrition and physical activity. At a young age, I developed an interest in health and wellness through training in the Martial Arts in which physical, mental, and spiritual wellness play an integral role in the system’s program and methodology. Today, I specialize in one-on-one customized nutrition counseling, as well as kickboxing & self-defense training. At Fuel For Thought Nutrition, we offer a variety of nutrition, wellness, and training plans so that each person can meet their individual health goals.
