Chelsea is a 3rd degree black belt with 20+ years of experience

HIIT BOXING:

A mix of interval training, strength training, and kickboxing for a fun and fast-paced workout.

SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING:

Learn basic kicks, punches, and street smart self-defense techniques.

Train individually, with a partner, or small group of your choice.

Sessions are typically held at the Art Museum in Fairmount, Philadelphia.
